Well today has been a slow one. I got up around noon and sat and looked up websites on my computer until about 4:10 p. m. Then I did my Leslie Sansong’s Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan again Just the Monday workout. I feel better and hopefully if I do it for the next three months it will help me to lose the 20-30 pounds that my doctor wants me to. Workouts are not as big of a deal with the dvd. Leslie’s “bright and chipper” attitude really help keep me motivated to continue doing the workouts. I was sweating pretty good when I got done today. I will be updating my blog with my weight progress and goals accomplished as I hit them. Wish me luck all. LadySoket
